UK Big Brother’s Karly Ashworth Has Nude Photos Leaked Online

“UK Big Brother 10 star and FHM glamour model Karly Ashworth has accused her ex-boyfriend Kenneth Tong of posting nude photos of her online. Both Karly and “millionaire” Kenneth appeared on the Channel 4 reality show last summer, but recently ended their relationship. Then several naked pictures of the 21-year-old model was leaked via a link on her former boyfriend’s Twitter page. Karly said the nude images were “private photos” and not meant for mass distribution.”

Well, it appears that ANOTHER woman has joined the stupid wagon. Karly Ashworth apparently allowed her boyfriend to take photos of her and forgot that men normally only keep those types of photos private for as long as the relationship lasts.

We’ll say what some other men might not be willing to say… Karly isn’t very sexy when compared to a lot of other women…

Vanessa Hudgens apparently copyrighted the photos, which makes sense since she willingly took them and then leaked them herself. Hudgens has now even gone as far as suing www.moejackson.com because they have refused to take down the photos that she leaked on the Internet.

Not only does Vanessa Hudgens have the fifth most popular nude photos of 2009 but she also takes home first place in ‘skank’ of the year for her deceiving role in trying to increase her popularity through the use of her semi-sexy nude body.

Elin Woods Did NOT Cause Tiger Woods Car Accident

There were a lot of rumors that Elin (Nordegren) Woods attacked Tiger Woods on November 27, 2009. It was rumored that this alleged attack was what ultimately led to the now famous Tiger Woods car accident that eventually destroyed his golfing career.

According to several different reports… There is absolutely no evidence to support the claim that Elin Woods actually attacked Tiger Woods. While no one has seen him, Florida Police did meet with Tiger Woods on December 1, 2009 where Woods was ‘looked at’ rather closely and Police saw no visible signs of injury other than a ‘fat lip’ which is consistent with the Car Accident.

While the media was right about Tiger Woods sticking his putter in billions of holes all over the world… The media was wrong about the alleged domestic violence between Elin Woods and Tiger Woods.

Personally… The alleged affairs were really the big part of the Tiger Woods story so I am glad the media got that part correct!

Robert Halderman Uses Tiger Woods Defense Against David Letterman Extortion

It hasn’t been that long since we saw a ‘Tiger Woods’ headline and now we’re seeing one again… But this time, Robert Halderman is the one that brought TW back into the spotlight.

Robert Halderman has apparently gotten into trouble for allegedly trying to extort TV’s David Letterman after he sent a script to Letterman that outlined some of the celebrity tv host’s indiscretions. While Halderman claims he was just giving David Letterman a chance to read it first… Letterman claims that Halderman was trying to extort him by flaunting the information in-front of him.

Robert Halderman’s lawyer is now apparently trying to use the Tiger Woods defense claiming that Halderman has done the same thing that Gloria Allred did for her client, Rachel Uchitel, which resulted in Uchitel getting a multi-million dollar settlement out of golfing legend, Tiger Woods.

TMZ has posed a nice question though… Is this a legitimate defense or is Halderman just cooking up some bull~hit to try and avoid getting into trouble?

It’s funny really… Our American society won’t allow a person to blackmail someone else and yet… American society allows lawyers to blackmail settlements out of big companies all the time.

If we look back at the lawsuit Carrie Prejean (Miss California) filed against the Miss Universe organization… News agencies reported that the pageant lawyers ended the lawsuit by showing Carrie Prejean a ‘sex tape’ she made when she was 17 years old.

Legally speaking, this tape should qualify as ‘child pornography’ because it shows a ‘minor’ performing a sexual act. Despite the fact that the tape contains ‘illegal’ material… Pageant lawyers did successfully use the tape as a means of getting Carrie Prejean to drop the lawsuit that she had filed and no one bothered to say anything about it even though it could be seen as a form of extortion since the primary purpose of using the tape was to get money to exchange hands (or in this particular case, to prevent money from exchanging hands).

Like I pointed out though, our American Society allows lawyers to blackmail individuals and businesses everyday and no one has taken precautions (made new laws) to try and stop it from happening. Had David Halderman’s lawyer sent the script to David Letterman I doubt the lawyer would be getting in trouble. Since Robert Halderman is not a lawyer and did not have a lawyer present the script to David Letterman… Halderman has in fact technically tried to extort David Letterman.

Since I don’t think it is fair that a lawyer is allowed to extort someone without penalty I will not agree that it is right to penalize Robert Halderman. I believe in equal rights’ and it isn’t proper to prosecute someone for something when thousands of other people do the exact same thing everyday and NEVER get punished for it.

Hailey Glassman Admits To Stealing Television From Jon Gosselin

Radar-Online has posted an exclusive interview with Hailey Glassman’s attorney, Stephanie Ovadia. Stephanie claims that Hailey removed the television and other belongings from Jon Gosselin’s apartment but that Glassman DID NOT butcher Jon’s belongings or leave any notes behind.

Hailey Glassman is pretty much totally off the hook now as the police can’t use her fingerprints from the apartment since she used to live there and now, even though she was caught on camera around the time of the butchering… Hailey has a legitimate excuse for being there.

Whether Hailey Glassman took part in butchering Jon Gosselin’s apartment or not is quickly becoming irrelevant since there won’t be any physical evidence to support a criminal case against her.
